Watercraft Rentals
The Emmet County Conservation Board has 2 sit-in kayaks, 4 sit-on kayaks, 2 stand-up kayaks, & 2 paddle boards, all available for rent!
If you wish to rent a watercraft, you may
- Visit the Nature Center during operating hours to fill out paperwork and make your payment.
- Print the Watercraft Rental Form, fill it out, and mail it in or drop it off at the Nature Center complete with your rental payment.
OR - Scan the Rental Form, email it to us, and complete your payment when you come in to pick up your keys. Rental forms can be sent to emmetccb@yourstarnet.net.

Shelter House Rentals
The Emmet County Conservation Board has 3 rentable shelter houses, with one located at Wolden Recreation area and two located at Tuttle Lake Recreation Area.
If you wish to rent a shelter house, you may
- Visit the Nature Center during operating hours to fill out paperwork and make your payment.
OR - Print the Shelter House Rental Form, fill it out, and mail it in or drop it off at the Nature Center complete with your rental payment and deposit.
